How to use the Rewrite & Tone Adjuster

Adjusts the tone of existing text with clear word and phrase rules (for example “utilize” to “use”, “do not” to “don't”) while keeping names, numbers, links and emails.

  1. Paste your text and choose a tone and a length.
  2. Optionally list words that must stay as written, and your own replacements (one per line, “old => new”).
  3. Press “Rewrite”. The new version appears with word counts and a list of every rule that changed something.
  4. Compare the original and the rewrite side by side. Edit the result if you like.
  5. Copy or download it. Review important text before publishing; the rules swap words and phrases, they don't reword whole sentences.

Names, product terms or phrases the rules must not touch. Separate with commas.

One per line, written as old => new. Applied after the tone rules.

The rewritten text appears here, with every change listed and a side-by-side comparison.
