How to use the Content Outline Builder

Gives an article, guide, list post, comparison, case study or video script a logical heading structure that you can then edit.

  1. Enter the topic and audience, and choose the format and depth.
  2. Optionally list headings you already want (one per line); they're kept as you wrote them.
  3. Press “Build outline”.
  4. Edit any heading or note, move sections up and down, add or remove sections. The checklist shows recommended parts that are missing.
  5. Copy or download the outline as Markdown. It is a suggested structure, not research.

One per line. They're added as sub-sections, exactly as written.

Separate with commas.

Your outline appears here. Enter a topic, choose a format and press “Build outline”.
