How the Content & Workflow Workbench works
Eight tools for everyday writing jobs: planning a piece, rewriting, summarising, repurposing, and drafting posts, SEO snippets and emails. They work from what you type, in your browser.
- Pick the tool for the job from the list below: plan (brief, outline), improve (rewrite, summarise) or publish (repurpose, SEO, social, email).
- Fill in the fields. Required ones are checked before anything is generated.
- Press the main button. The result appears next to the form and is fully editable.
- Copy the result or download it as a Markdown or text file. Reset clears the form.
- The tools use fixed rules and templates, not AI: they rearrange and shorten your own words and never add facts, figures or quotes. Always review before you publish.

What these tools can and can't do
Rules and templates, not AI
The tools rearrange, shorten and reword your own text with fixed rules you can see.
Nothing invented
No facts, figures, quotes or sources are added. Gaps stay as [placeholders].
Nothing uploaded or stored
Everything runs in your browser. Text is gone when you reset or leave the page.
You stay the editor
Every result is editable. Review it before you publish or send it.
They can't research a topic, check facts, predict search rankings or tell you what is trending. Character limits shown for platforms are commonly cited figures; check the platform's current rules.
